Merlin Senso Ultrasonic Air Humidification System. The ultrasonic air humidification system Merlin Senso keeps classic counter served goods considerably longer, fresh and presentable. The system may also be used for direct humidification at manufacturing processes.
The Merlin Forte duct humidification system can easily be integrated into most ventilation and air conditioning systems. It works on the basis of the ultrasonic principle and humidifies the air with aerosols of 1 ¼m. For generating 1 kg moisture merely 52W/h of energy is used. Compared to isothermal systems e.g. steam humidifiers up to 93% of energy costs are therefore saved.
Purus Air Humidifier for Direct Room Humidification. The ultrasonic principle makes the air humidifier Merlin Purus an absolute master in savings.For each kg humidification capacity, the humidifier on average requires an energy expenditure of merely 0.092 kW/h.The adiabatic humidification system withdraws and transforms energy from the room air therefore the created cooling effect can be used at a 1:1 ratio. Compared with isothermal systems, e.g. steam humidifiers, 93 % of energy costs are therefore saved.
Merlin Water Softening System. Water is softened via ion exchange. Ion exchangers are small plastic balls (permitted in drinking water) which can absorb ions from water and replace these with sodium ions.
UV Sterilisation Water Treatment System. In softened water or reverse osmosis, water (permeate) is fed through a UV lamp and exposed to radiation of approximately 200-280 nm (UV-C range). This inactivates microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, legionella and carbon particles.
Reverse Osmosis. Drinking water which has been softened or filtered is pressed through a semipermeable filter membrane at high pressure. This process creates pure water (permeate). The substances that do not pass through the filter moved to the drainage (concentrate) stream.
To allow for ease of integration and installation in your process we offer different mounting options on our systems.
Configure Your Spray System. The Automated Variable Spray system is available either in two separate panels mounted on a trolley meaning the system can be moved around easily, or in a one panel version which can be machine or wall mounted.
Fluid Delivery System. Stainless Steel Air Driven Diaphragm Pump And Pressure Vessel. The delivery of the fluid is critical in the running of the Automated Variable System package as ineffective supply can have a detrimental effect on the spray performance. Therefore the spray system uses both a stainless steel air driven diaphragm pump and 316SS pressure vessel to ensure that optimum performance is possible.
Ultra-Low-Energy Consumption Humidifiers. These specially designed humidification units, which have been built to have the lowest installation height possible, can be adapted and used in a very wide range of room layouts and as such ensure optimal humidification efficiency.

Quick Release Spray Nozzles For Lower Maintenance And Less Downtime. We supply a large range of quick release nozzles in materials such as plastic and stainless steel and in spray patterns such as flat fan, full cone and hollow cone. In many applications, using quick release nozzles can have advantages resulting in lower maintenance and less expensive downtime.
High Pressure Misting Systems. High Pressure Odour Control Systems. Economical and effective to use, the high pressure misting systems are custom designed to provide a solution to odour problems in large open areas, inside buildings. The system atomises a mixed solution of Airopure Odour Control Neutraliser with water, at a typical mix rate of 1-2% Airopure with 98-99% water.
