Spray Nozzles for Moisturising Paper

When adding moisture to paper or cardboard products, it is essential that a uniform distribution is achieved. The most effective spray nozzle to add moisture evenly is an air atomising type. An external mix design enables independent adjustment of liquid for flow volume, atomising air for droplet size and fan air for spray coverage and distribution. Cleaning needles are activated within each spray nozzle when the flow is shut off, ensuring the orifice is cleaned and not blocked.
